Born in Italy and wed to Giuseppe for fifty beautiful years, Josie poured her love into everything she touched — from the cakes she baked by hand each morning to the warm smile and embrace she gave every guest who walked through our doors. Those who knew her remember a woman of extraordinary grace, quiet courage, and boundless generosity — someone who made you feel like family from the very first visit.
